We will send you a detailed, customized offer which states the total amount of your booking request.

To confirm reservations, we require a payment of 50% as deposit.

You won't be billed at this time, but for our reference please select your preferred deposit payment method.

Cancellation Policy:
- Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.
- Cancellations made more than 60 days from check-in date will receive a 90% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from cancellation date.
- Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days from check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from the cancellation date.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days from the check-in date will forfeit the deposit paid.
- Cancellations received with less then 48 hours notice will be charged full price.
- If in the unfortunate event that dive trips are cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseeable changes, Portofino Divers will offer a 100% refund of the deposit or compensation.
